Members sign in using their ITS number and a password. Administrative actions (member management, duty assignments) are restricted to admin accounts and enforced on the server with role-based checks.

Member data is stored in a managed database with row-level security policies so users can only read and modify records they are authorised for. Sensitive profile fields (ITS number, rank, status) cannot be edited by members themselves.

We store the information needed to organise duties: name, ITS number, contact phone, optional address, rank and duty assignments. We do not sell or share member data with third parties.

The application runs on the Lovable platform with managed authentication, database and serverless functions. Lovable provides the underlying infrastructure; Burhani Guards Coimbatore is responsible for the data and access controls configured within the app.
