About Burhani Guards Coimbatore
A uniformed voluntary service unit of the Dawoodi Bohra community — established 2018, serving in the spirit of khidmat, discipline and devotion.
Burhani Guards Coimbatore is the local unit of the Burhani Guards, a uniformed voluntary service organisation of the Dawoodi Bohra community, functioning under the guidance and blessings of our religious leadership. Established in 2018, our unit has grown to an approximate strength of 100 dedicated members who give their time in the spirit of selfless service (khidmat), discipline, and devotion.
Our volunteers are entrusted with maintaining order and safety at religious gatherings, majalis, and communal occasions. They manage seating and crowd movement, oversee parking and traffic arrangements, assist with logistics during occasions such as Ashara Mubaraka, and support mumineen, elders, and those with special requirements with care and dignity. Through training in discipline, coordination, and first response, the Guards ensure that every gathering proceeds smoothly, securely, and in keeping with the azamat of the occasion.
Driven by the spirit of service and the guidance of Aqa Maula (TUS), Burhani Guards Coimbatore remains committed to serving the Jamaat with humility, readiness, and unwavering dedication.
